Kili Update

The time is fast approaching for my up coming Kilimanjaro Trek (Jan. 31 - Feb 12) and workouts are going well. Workouts have consisted of hiking in the Blue Hills, treadmill hikes with a weighted backback, strength training on the Koko Smartrainer and Power Yoga class. Also looking to take a few pounds off before the trip. The word on the street is that for every "extra" pound that you carry at altitude - it feels more like its 10! Looking forward to getting all my shots for the trip in November :>0
